About Andy Trewin Hutt
I’m a growth partner for founder-led businesses, agencies and product companies that need senior support across strategy, sales and momentum.
For nearly a decade, I helped grow Morrama from a small design studio into a recognised B Corp agency working across product, brand, innovation and sustainability. My role sat across the areas that often make the biggest commercial difference: business development, positioning, marketing, client relationships, partnerships, operations and senior decision-making.
Before Morrama, I worked across project management at D&AD and advisory and marketing at Makerversity, giving me a useful mix of creative industry, startup, maker and commercial experience. I now bring that experience to founders who need another senior brain in the business, without hiring full-time.

For me, the useful part is not the awards themselves. It is knowing how good work becomes visible, how credibility turns into opportunity, and how a business can grow without losing what made it good in the first place.
