Why me

Nine years building growth from the inside

I joined Morrama, a design and innovation studio, as studio manager in 2017 and left as associate director in 2026, leading new business development, shaping marketing strategy, and sitting in on management and board level decisions throughout. Along the way I worked directly with well over 100 companies and advised on strategy and brand for a hundred more. I also led Morrama's move to B Corp certification, from the application through to embedding the processes and explaining the reasoning to the wider team.
